Shauna – having since 2005 undertaken Certs II, III, IV (x2), Diploma (X2) and Adv. Diplomas (X2), I can honestly say that you presented as one of the most professional and enthusiastic learning facilitators I have had the pleasure of engaging with.
Pauline – once again, it has been a terrific experience being involved in a YNH facilitated course. Your team are extremely competent and you should be proud of them. It was also great to have you in the classroom with us!
Thank you both for nudging me along when the submissions dried up. Not knowing what professional and personal barriers (real or otherwise) presented during learners’ studies, you managed the process wonderfully!!
I look forward to being involved in more YNH courses. In fact I’m pretty sure there may be first aid quals coming due soon!
Lastly, I hope that the Moodle site was correct and I have in fact passed and that this e-mail is not simply premature speculation!!

I would like to thank YNH for my great experience completing my RGS certificate recently. What a friendly fun environment to learn in, a big shout out to Shauna, your teaching was clear, concise and fun. Before I knew it my course was complete and certificate promptly received by mail.
I highly recommend that anyone who wishes to enhance their education or skills enrol at YNH for one of their many courses.👍
We are extremely grateful to Shauna from Yarrawonga Neighbourhood House for her professional delivery of a modified Food Hygiene course for our Independent Living Skills group.
The way in which she interacted with students made them that comfortable and responsive that they were able to show the knowledge learnt and apply it in our kitchen each week. The course content was appropriate for our setting and extremely relevant for our weekly cooking sessions.
I would like to provide you with feedback I just received.
One of the attendees at Friday’s first aid training was initially not really wanting to go, as he has done many classes and was not really looking forward to this class.
However he just approached one of my colleagues stating it was the best first aid course he has ever attended. “Brilliant”. It was very practical, informative going beyond the needs of the book to address additional topics – such as trauma/stress after major incidents etc.
He said it was excellent. He was so surprised about it being conducted by an ambulance person.
Please pass my thanks to Ricardo for making the course not only educational but enjoyable.

Recently as part of a Team I studied Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW with YNH.
YNH were so easy to deal with in both setting up dates & times for availability to suit our Team.
Shauna was a fantastic trainer presenting the Course with enthusiasm, style & flair. The course itself was interesting and informative.
YNH Organisation is such a wonderful opportunity we have in Yarrawonga to enable us to train & learn within our own town.
A Course very well presented by YNH & Trainer Shauna!

Dear Pauline, Deb and Staff of Yarrawonga Neigbourhood House.
Thank you so much for allowing 5-8 Student Leaders from YCP-12 to complete a short series of Community Service placements with you.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities you provided them, and learnt a lot in the process. I hope this positive relationship can continue in the future.
Thank you for the great opportunity that YNH has given me to study 5 km from my home.
I have appreciated the experienced tutors in Rosemary and Jacqui, their life experiences in their work made our classroom very real and our group were supportive of one another.
Thanks for the coordination of the course by yourself and the YNH team and helping us get our final "things" done!

Yarrawonga Health Administration staff required computer training in Microsoft Excel and Word, this training was proficiently provided by Yarrawonga Neighbourhood House.
It was great for staff to be able to attend training locally and not having to travel. The tips staff picked up from these courses has been invaluable in their day to day work. The facilitators tailored the sessions to meet the needs of our staff, focusing on areas relevant to them.
